HAPPY SUNDAY
THE DAY OF REST is upon us and oh babay is it time to make some blueberry crêpes. Today I arose at 1pm and been really busy doing absolutely nothing, because it's long weekend time and MAXIMUM ENJOYMENT is compulsory.
How to make blueberry crêpes:- 1. Sift, I REPEAT SIFT, one cup of plain flour into a bowl whilst humming in C major. Add a wee egg and splash a wee bit of milk in so that it start to make a pretty paste when mixed.
2. Melt a good knob of butter in a separate mug in the microwave. It will make loud fizzing noises and generally attention-seek but don't take any nonsense until it's fully melted. Add it to da mix.
3. Stir gently like a wee bairn so that no mucky mcmuffin booboos your Sunday best.
4. Add more milk so that it is of a consistency similar to one or more of the following- milkshakesthicker hot chocolatethinner smoothiesfabric conditioner.
5. Cook a whisperingly-thin layer in the pan-pannington
6. When it's done add a line of blueberries down the diameter and melt a tiny layer of butter on one half. Drizzzzzzzzzzzle with maple syrup then roll it up into a sausage roll lookalike. Then sprinkle a bit of sugar on top (arguably excessive but do it anyway) and eat that baby up.
7. Take an artistic photo of it with instagram and post it everywhere possible.
